The Mithuru Mithuro Headquarters, located in Rilhena, Pelmadulla in the Ratnapura District, includes several institutions such as the Sammajeeva Buddhist Ashram, the Mithuru Mithuro “Sevana” Rehabilitation Services Center, the Mithuru Mithuro International Rehabilitation Services Center, and the Mithuru Children’s Sevana.

The headquarters is responsible for enrolling youth who wish to improve their lives into its programs, as well as overseeing the administration and launching of various projects across the entire Mithuru Mithuro group.
